My favorite outdoor living space is just a simple wooden deck off the back of the house, shaded by a big maple tree. We've got a sturdy table for morning coffee and a couple of comfy chairs that have weathered a few seasons. It's not fancy, but it's where we unwind after work and host spontaneous weekend barbecues with neighbors, the grill smoke mingling with the scent of cut grass.
