<p>23일 업계의 말에 따르면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온/오프라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 핸드폰 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있다.</p>

<p>신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “모바일 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕분에 직접 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “휴대폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 즉시 지급하고 있다”고 설명하였다.</p>

<p>지난해 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융광고를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 홍보로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단관리하기 힘든 면이 있다”고 했었다.</p>
